Context

One of my core beliefs is that User Research should have a strong impact within a company while remaining efficient and time-effective.

That’s why at OpenClassrooms, I developed a smooth and efficient Continuous Research process to regularly provide squads with valuable user feedback.

The main objectives are:

To initiate the Continuous Research process, I began by mapping all existing feedback sources within the company. I collaborated with various teams and departments to identify redundant or unnecessary surveys and remove them.

In the end, we achieved a clear and comprehensive mapping of feedback sources at every stage of the User Journey:

Analyse feedback

For every step of the user experience and based on the scope of each squad, we created User Research folders in our User Research repository. Relevant feedback is automatically imported into these folders:
